一、全句倒装

1.表语放句首，要用全句倒装结构

介词短语/分词短语/形容词性短语+系动词+主语

介词短语放句首

Among the people was the woman named Sarah.

分词短语放句首

Visiting the Forbidden City were the college students.

形容词性短语放句首

Present at the meeting is our director.

PS:全句倒装需要注意谓语动词的单复数一定要和后面的主语保持一致

2.为了使句子结构平行，用全句倒装

Eg：The students arrived at a palace, in front of which sat a little girl.

触类旁通

二、部分倒装

1.if引导的虚拟条件句

省略if时需要把助动词（had/were）提前，形成部分倒装。

Were I a bird, I could fly.

2.so/such引导的倒装结构

So lucky is she that she succeeds in the competition.
